Field Service Support

Our experienced Field Service Engineers (FSEs) are ready to help keep your systems running. With over 60 years of combined quality service experience, our FSEs ensure customer satisfaction on each service call.

PM Contracts

Planned/Preventative Maintenance schedules are offered to customers, helping to ensure the equipment remains operational.

Upgrades

If you have a request to upgrade or change the configuration of your tool then we can offer assistance with this. We have design engineers that can provide solutions to a myriad of different wafer handling scenarios.

Refurbishment

If your tool is beyond field service repair, but not beyond complete repair then we can offer a factory refurbishment. This refurbishment includes full system testing and re-installation at customer site.

In-house repair

We offer repair services for all PC Boards, power supplies, spindle controllers, and all other assemblies.
