The S4000 is a 2 cassette benchtop wafer sorter that is big in flexibility and ergonomics and small in footprint and price. The S5000 Wafer Sorter is a floor standing four cassette wafer sorter that has industry leading throughput and an innovative and intuitive Software Interface. A Linear Track or Cluster System
C&D’s smartPro product family includes the P7000 Alloy System, P8000 Linear Track Systems, P8030 Frame Processing System, P8060 Copper Bump Developer, P9000 Cluster System, and SVG Track Systems.
The P7000, P8000, P8060, and SVG systems are linear track systems that can be configured as stand alone or cassette to cassette transfer with either belts or robot arms. The P8030 Frame Processing System can be configured as a manual or an auto loading system with a central atmospheric robot. The P9000 Cluster System has a tremendous amount of flexibility, designed for high throughput, built within a small footprint.
