Order Parts
We provide a complete inventory of spare parts and assemblies for all of our products. They include, but are not limited to, parts for Wafer Sorters, Microscope Wafer Loaders, Bright Light Insp ection Systems, Spin coaters and developers, and 8X track systems.
You can place orders by phone or e-mail. We accept all major credit cards. All orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any preferred method. We offer same day shipping on all in-stock items. Local pickup is also possible.
